Running an educational institution can be hard when you are no being strict with the quality of education that you are giving out. So, be certain that one can have time for monthly rounds. Preparations are not allowed and you are the only who can decided when the inspections will be done. This will prevent everyone from being distracted with their work. So, learn to contain the secrecy as well and be certain that the observations will not be in the same week of a major educational event.

Just let everybody have an open mind on this situation. Evaluations will always be made private which is why your employers do not have anything to worry about. Reassure them that seminars can be the solution to their lack of skills and you will still be there for them every step of the way.

Just spend time and resources on this one. Shape your teachers into the best professionals in your town. Provide them with additional materials that they can study on and let them come to you if ever they have some personal problems.
